Eflir Terms of Use
By installing or using Eflir you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app. They are written to be read; if anything is unclear, write to us at soporte@korvane.dev.
1. What Eflir is
Eflir is a gym training app that ranks complementary exercises by sport discipline based on scientific evidence, anatomy, and biomechanics, and helps you build routines and track your progress. It is a product of Korvane, Miguel Suárez's software engineering consultancy.
2. Health notice and disclaimer
Read it. It is the most important part of this document.
- Eflir is not a medical service and is not a substitute for professional advice. The app's information and recommendations are general and educational, based on published evidence, but they do not know your individual health condition.
- Consult a physician or health professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have or have had injuries; cardiac, respiratory, or joint conditions; any health problem; if you are pregnant; or if you have not trained for some time.
- Exercise filtering and substitution based on injuries or restrictions are guidance, not a diagnosis or a clinical indication. An app label does not replace the assessment of a physical therapist, physician, or qualified trainer who evaluates you in person.
- Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. By using Eflir you acknowledge and assume those risks. Perform each exercise with proper technique and within your abilities.
- Stop and seek care if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort. Listen to your body above any suggestion from the app.
- You are responsible for the decisions you make about your training. Korvane is not liable for injuries, harm, or consequences arising from the use of the app's information.
3. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Eflir on your devices, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, rent, or decompile the app, or redistribute its content (for example, the exercise catalog and its ratings) outside the app's normal use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Eflir in accordance with these terms and the law. You must not use it for unlawful purposes or attempt to compromise its operation or security.
5. Intellectual property
- The app, its design, and its content catalog (exercises, classifications, ratings, and references) are the property of Korvane and are protected by applicable law.
- Your data is yours. The routines, records, measurements, and photos you create belong to you. As explained in the Privacy Policy, they live on your device and Korvane does not access them.
6. No warranties
Eflir is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app is free of errors, or that its use will produce specific physical results: results depend on many personal factors beyond the app's control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Korvane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Eflir, including — without limitation — injuries, loss of local data, or service interruptions. The health notice in Section 2 is an essential part of this limitation.
8. Changes to the app and to these terms
We may update Eflir and these terms to improve the app or to adapt to legal or technical changes. When changes are significant, we will indicate them clearly and update the effective date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Bolivia, without prejudice to the rights that the consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you.
